The mill is in operation now. Processing 8,000 tonne of FFB with 21.8% OER and 4.8% KER. The mill is operating in 4 years break-even Return on Investment. Commissioned in May 2006. Please find enclosed general description and the necessary background information on the mill to facilitate and further your interest. Our mill is positioned to function at its rated throughput.MILL BACKGROUNDConceived in 2005 by current shareholders, it is identified that there are vast excess source of FFB within the Riau region with not enough mills to go around and has a lot of FFB plantations. Therefore, the price is very competitive. The mill was built by experienced contractors, whom have more than 30 years experience in Palm Oil Mill constructions. Based on 27.5 hectare of land, the mill occupies half, with other is still uncleared. Land clearing began on May 2005 and the mill was in operation at end of May 2006.MILL MACHINERIESWe use many branded equipments such as Turbodyne Steam Turbine 500KW, Yoshimine H350 Boiler, 1 P-15 SS Screw Press, 2 P-10 SS Screw Press, 3 CB Sludge Centrifuge, Nord and SEW gearboxes thresher, and Liming gear motors. The electrical is done by a reputable contractor from the Java Island.MILL CAPACITYThe mill has a capacity of 25 MT FFB/hr, but the structure allows for extension to 30 MT FFB/hr with few minor upgrades. Currently we are attaining 25 tph, with OER of 22% and PK ER of 4.5% and doing 350 ton per day continuously.MILL LOCATIONRiau Region, IndonesiaStrategically located in the middle of all FFB crossroads and situated at the main provincial road, travel is within 1 hour time to Pekanbaru City. FFB within 60 km radius are supplied to the mill.FINANCIAL CONDITIONThe mill is privately-funded, with no debt/interest to pay to 3rd parties. Since the payment of the FFB is done on daily basis, the company’s cash flow is strong.MILL INFRASTRUCTURETransportation in and out of the mill is efficient and fluent. We have a natural water source in the mill and water pumps in case of reduced water supply during the dry season. The mill has 1 CPO silo with capacities 700 ton. The mill is 200 meters from the main Pekanbaru Taluk kuantan major provincial road (Lintas Tengah Sumatera).ON-SITE EMPLOYEE HOUSING AND OFFICEThe mill is currently building further office buildings. Employee housing caters to more than 80 employees with 3-4 small employee owned/run convenience stores and food shacks. A pro-work community has developed.MILL OPERATIONALThe operational procedures of the mill are adopted from established companies such as Duta Palma Nusantara and Astra Agro Lestari. The mill is also operated by human resource with minimal 10 years of work experienced in mill operations.MILL INVENTORYMill inventory will be submitted when there is sufficient interest shown (i.e after the signing of MoU)LEGAL PAPERS & PL STATEMENTThe mill has completed all legal requirements to operate on a commercial scale.
