  • Tentang Kami: Consortium of Indonesia Manning Agencies (CIMA) was first established on 12th of September 1990 with the name (at that time): IMSA JASA SEGARA.Consortium, with 25 member.Established by the Board of Director of IMSA letter no: 032/IMSA/DP/SK/IX/90 signed by Mr. Tantyo D. Soedarmono together with Mr. Machfud Zaelani, both acted respectively as chairman and secretary and endorsed by Mr. Cosmas Batubara Ministry of Department of Manwork Republic of Indonesian.CIMA is consortium and a place for the manning agents companies in Indonesia. Consortium is used as the name and not association, because there is another association for workers of non-maritime that is the Indonesian Manpower supply Association (IMSA). Inside IMSA, CIMA is the sole existing Consortium and CIMA is the XIII th consortium which undertaking the seafarers, later on IMSA was changed and becoming association of Indonesian Workers Services Companies (APJATI) meanwhile consortium IMSA Jasa Segara by the consent of the members, established an independent organization with the name of Consortium of Indonesian Manning Agencies (CIMA).As a non-political organization, CIMA is listed and recognized at Department of Interior Republic of Indonesia qq. Directorate General of Community Development, number 130 on 1998 dated 18 September 1998 at Jakarta.
