This technology will ensure no distortion and variation in shape & size of the product.Comparisons Between conventional Oven Dry and Direct-hot-press Manufacturing Process:Direct-hot-press:-Completely dehydrate the molded pulp products inside of convex & concave moldings.-No distortion and variation in shape & size.-Smooth surface.-Space efficiency. Oven Dryer:-Molded pulp is to be dehydrated by air circulation in the high temperature furnace.-Distortion and variation in shape & size is inevitable.-Rough and coarse surface.-Large space occupation due to furnace conveyor belt.We are also able to produce customized pulp based products such as paper plate, spoon, hardware packaging.
