Japan.Prior to its establishment, Vaksindo trained nine Indonesian veterinarians in Japan for special education in various animal vaccine manufacturing techniques, quality control and the process of establishing and operating a Specific Pathogen Free(SPF) chicken farm. Vaksindo also manufactures pharmaceutical products to complete its contribution the the livestock industry.Today, after 20 years of experience, Vaksindo has achieved the ability to develop and produce vaccines and pharmaceuticals of international standard amidst a challenging tropical environment.During the Avian Influenza outbreak in Indonesia, the Indonesian government appointed Vaksindo to be on of two selected local producers to produce the AI vaccine to be distributed nationwide.Vaksindo has developed an extensive nationwide marketing and distribution network. The operation is supported by a field force of trained veterinarians to provide quality assurance and comprehensive product information.Export is currently done to Pakistan, Thailand, the Phillipines and Myanmar.
