  • About Us: We are a wholesale exporter of quality marine fish.We are located in Sanur-Bali Island,which provide us access to one of the largest collections of marine fish in the world.Despite it's recent foray into the fish farming industry,We have actualy chalked up over 4 years of experience in the fish farming industry.OUR MISSION is to supply Quality fish , service and dependability to our customers.Our cournucopia of exotic fish has only satisfied us,but our customers.All fishes are handled by our qualified and experienced fish specialist.They are well conditioned in a modern aquarium enviroment prior to their shipment.We strictly require all our suppliers nation wide,to use environment friendly and responsible fishing methods.As an added incentive we give free nets to all our suppliers.DUE to the perishable nature of live cargo,and uncontrollable external factors that affect mortality,we do not guarantee 100% live delivery.WE DO however,send free partial replacements to help our customers with mortality.Packing cost $US 12 per box,this cost includes oxygen,plastick bag,styrofoam,corrugated cardboard box and handling charges.THE APPROXIMATE weight of our shipment is 15 to 18 kgs per box.We suggest that we make use of the "SPECIFIC COMMODITY RATE" which lower the freight once the shipment reaches 100 kgs OR more.MINIMUM ORDER 100 kilograms is required by the airlines for volume freight rates.DELIVERY ussualy with in 7 days upon receipt of the order and advance payment,subject to availability of airline space.SUBTITUTION,some fishes are seasonable,so,we kindly suggest that all order must be accompanied with a list of second preferences for subtitution,in case the buyer will not accept subtitutes,we will delay the shipment until ordered fish are available and conditioned.We reserve the right to in crease quantities of available items to reach the minimum order.INFORMATION REQUIRED please,furnish us your contact information (Contact person,fax,telephone number,e-mail address) and nearest airport of port of entry.
