It is both energy and cost efficient and promotes hygiene and food safety befitting an FDA and EU compliance food processing facility.SEAFOOD PROCESSING PRODUCTS:SHRIMP: Indoboga's shrimp products are of various species, such as: White Vanamei, Black Tiger, Sea caught and Lobster which is can be processed as Head-On/ Headless, peeled/ unpeeled, deveined/ undeveined, cooked/ uncooked or to be in stretch form, butterfly form, breaded or other value added product.FISH AND OTHR SEASONAL PRODUCTS: Indoboga processes various species of fishes from Tuna, Red Snapper, Grouper, Milkfish, Mackerel, Salmon, hoke and seasonal products like Frog-Leg, Squid, Cuttlefish, and others to be processed in the form of Loin, Fillet and SteakOPERATION PROFILE:Indoboga’s production facilities consist of seven floors well-equipped and well-maintained facility set up:The first floor will be used for processing fish products and seasonal products. Temperature is maintained at 20-23o C, equipped with two-units of tunnel freezer producing 600 kg/hr, two-units of semi air blast producing 1.5 tons/4hrs, an ice flake unit producing 15 tons/day with supply of chilled water at 3 tons/hr and spots a semi-manual conveyor belt.The second floor will be utilized to process shrimps and the preparation of other food products. Temperature is also maintained at 20-23o C, equipped with 3 units of contact freezer producing a ton/4hrs each, an ice flake unit producing 15 tons/day with supply of chilled water at 3 tons/hr, one-unit of semi air blast producing 1.5 tons/4hrs and a steam-cook to process cooked shrimp. Also available for expansion are one unit spiral freezer at 600kg/hr and two-unit contact freezer at 1ton/4hrs each. Both first and second floor abides strictly by HACCP regulations.The third floor has a cold storage capacity of about 1,400 tons (gross) operating at -25o C, a bonded cold storage also operating at -25o C with capacity of 680 tons (gross) and a cold storage extension with capacity of 1,800 tons (gross) also operating at -25o C.The fourth floor has more cold storage space with a capacity up to 3,800 tons (gross) also operating at -25o C.The fifth floor has a chiller room varying in temperature from 0o C to 15o C. Chiller rooms with 0o C has a capacity of 570 tons (gross), at 5o C capacity is 370 tons (gross) and capacity of 15o C chiller room is also 370 tons (gross). A chiller room extension with capacity of 940 tons (gross) is also available. In the same floor is also a dry-storage room with capacity of 1,450 tons (gross)The sixth floor is the office space, professionally furnished with top of the line designs and equipped with a lab used for testing.The seventh floor is the executive lounge. It is equipped with a training facility, open to all Indoboga’s employees and crucial to their development, beautifully furnished function and meeting rooms and a kitchen with renowned chef preparing demonstration and presentation to develop and support our food service. The total size of this floor is 500 m2.* Semi-automatic processing machineries equipped with computer controlled energy system are installed.
