Th. 2006 dated March 20th, 2006 and the latest changing deed No. 8 dated Feb 09th, 2007. Main purpose of the company: is to run the mining sector, construction, trading, fishing, forest, agro business, transportation and services. Coal mining location at Mentewe Village, Subdistrict Batulicin, and the terminal location at Serongga Village, Subdistrict Kelumpang Hilir, both at District Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan Province. The distance from coal mining location to terminal location is 25 Km. The coal mining use the open pit method, and the stock pilling and terminal areas has 330, 000 SqM which has 2 jetties including the conveyor and 2 conventional jetties. The advantage of coal terminal is the location has direct access to open seas and the distance to anchorage is only 25 mile. The chemical analysis of product show the Total Moisture [ARB]= 4. 70% ; IM [ADB, ISO 11722] = 4. 4% , Ash content [air dried basis; ISO 1171]= 10. 30% ; VM= 46. 70% , FC= 39. 70% , Total Sulphur [ADB]= 0. 43% ; Gross Calorific Value [ADB; ISO 1928]= 6, 889 Kcal / KG. Main market for this coal specification will be for steel plant, cement industries, and power plant. The coal mineable is 12, 20 Million MT at the concession areas. GBR run of Coal Mining and outsource for stockpilling, crushing and coal terminal / port with royalty basis per MT, also as usual in the mining industries, GBR outsource for overburden, coal getting, hauling to subcontractor which have heavy mine equipment, also transshipment by barges to third party.
