On our expedition ( Rinjani Trekking Trips ) we not only try to look after the environment through which we pass but we also look after those who look after us; the locals.Rinjani Trekking Club is committed to sustainable tourism. We understand that if we do not protect the thing that provides us with an income it will eventually stop providing completely.Rinjani Trekking Club under leadership of the No Roads Expedition adheres to a set of self imposed environmental guidelines. This includes:- Rubbish is removed from the National Park- Human waste is disposed of in away so as to prevent disease transmission (we plan to design after our first project Rinjani clothing bank success).- Provided the Clothing Bank for the porters in Senaru and Sembalun ( we hope will done in July 2005.- Local Porter and our Guides are educated on the environmental and sustainable Eco-tourism.No Roads Expeditions along with the Rinjani Trekking Club take clients into the National Park. We work closely with local Porters and Guides as well as community groups and relevant Guest Houses. Through our network of contacts and exposure to an International Clientele, we are the vehicles through which people can donate jackets.Our tours are designed to show your client more than just the usual tourist attraction of the country as we also emphasis on the Nature, culture, people, flora and fauna when they travel with us.
