The company enlisted its shares with the Jakarta stock exchange on july 24,1990. Currently, our monthly production capacity is 11.000 tons of formaldehyde 37 %,14.000 tons of formaldehyde-based resin(ureamelamine, phenol&lowemission types),900 tons of ure formaldehyde glue powder,500 tons of hexaminePt intan head office is located at wisma iwi 5th floor, jalan perjuangan jalur lambat tomang tol, kebon jeruk, west Jakarta. Its factory is located at jalan trisakti(ukacomplex) in banjarmasin city, south kalimanatan, on a land area of 5,6 ha.We are serving domestic as well as export market. To name some of our export markets are: Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, kamboja, srilangka, Thailand, Myanmar, China, hongkong, papua new Guinea, and ghana.Its chemical complex that was constructed in 1986 uses world-renowned formaldehyde technology from M/S perstop AB of Sweden. The thermosetting adhesive resin technology was acquired from foresa of Spain. In 1992 pt intan established the first independent powder adhesive plant in Indonesia.In 1995, pt intan appointed josef meissner gmbh&co.0f west Germany to designed and fabricated the first hexamine plant in Indonesia, complete with an off-gas treatment unit(ogtu)which recycles waste gas into useable energy to promote cleaner environment.Pt intan is ranked second in its industry. Its market share for urea formaldehyde resin, phenol formaldehyde resin, and melamine formaldehyde resin is 12%,20%, and 18% respectively. Sales of those 3 products contributes 51%,18%, an 11% to total company sales respectively.
