It is a 45 min ferry journey from Singapore Harbour Bay Fery TerminalOur Manaufacturing ProcessOur incoming store will receive the raw material-coconut husk, and ensure inventory accuracy. Systematic layout and storage of material with visual " Kamban " system. A high level of FIFO system is practiced for our incoming and outgoing store. Incoming QC will inspect the quality standard of the new raw material receive before issuing to the production department. Production PlanningProduction planning will base on customers order forcast to plan production capacity and production schedule. ProductionBelow is the various production processes: -A) Crushing Process-The raw material, coconut husk will be crushed with our crushing machinesB) Defibering Process-The defibering machine will defiber the coconut fiber and seperate the cocopeat from the fiberC) Drying Process-The coconut fiber is send for drying to meet customers' specifications and requirements. D) Quality Assurance Process-The quality assurance team will inspect the products at each process to ensure quality is met before proceeding to the next processE) Packing Process-Our products; coconut fiber and cocopeat (coir pith) will be packed according to customers' requirements and specifications. ShippingThe shipping department will arrange for export base on customers' delivery scheduleSales and Customer ServicesThe sales team will form a strategic relationship with our customers. Sharing our experience and knowledge with our cutomers to ensure that our customers' products achieve the optimum marketing and sales goals, Our customer service will ensure that our customers' requirements are fulfilled at all timesOur ProductsA) Coconut Fiber (Furniture and Bedding Industries) Coconut fibers are used to make furniture and bedding accessories. Products made from coconut fiber are 100% natural and is odorless. Since it is made from natural ingredient, it is environmental friendly and biodegradableB) Cocopeat (Nursery, Horticulture and Floriculture) Cocopeat is a multi purpose growing medium for the nursery, horticulture and floriculture industries. It has a high water holding capacity, making it the ideal medium for all plant growing applications. Cocopeat produces healthier plants that requires less watering and less frequent fertilizing
