We offering also the system and license to producing the cellular lightweight concrete.The LITECON® Cellular Lightweight Concrete process is based on the principle of entrapping a multitude of air bubbles in the concrete mix, which retain their structure during the curing period.Using practically the same “ingredients” as in conventional concrete, cellular lightweight concrete is a mixture of cement, fine sand, water and a special foam, which once harden results in a strong, lightweight concrete containing millions of evenly distributed, consistently sized air bubbles or cells.Compared with conventional concrete, Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC) has many benefits.- Reduces the dead weight of a structure.- Can be manufactured to precise specifications of strength and densities.- Possess excellent workability.- Can be nailed, planed, drilled and sawn.- Provides excellent heat and sound insulation.- Can be applied with all traditional surface finishes - paint, tiles, carpets etc. ;- Moisture resistant and high rating fire resistant.
