Arriving from Canada as Asia Pacific Engineering under contract to the National telephone company, PT Telkom, our mission was to implement current telecommunications technology throughout the island of Sumatra. Having completed this project in 1995, we continued with the educational phase whereby local governments and businesses could utilize the new technology to improve their operations and increase their exposure to the international field. In doing so, we introduced e-commerce and by default became intimate with our clients' businesses. We were asked to remain and susequently incorporated PT CanIn Growth to become the largest electronic trade broker for businesses operating in North Sumatra. Our main stream is still with the implementing of advanced communication systems for the regional governemnts and large businesses however, our fields of endeavour have allowed us to bring government and local business together with a greater understang of cooperation. On behalf of our clients we now offer, as a part of our service, the opportunity to establish new export markets for their products.
